Hi everybody, Gerry here. Greetings from the road. We had a great show last night in Ft/ Collins, CO. Sold out so thanks to all who were there & those who contributed behind the scenes. We are flying today to Las Vegas where we will then make the 80 mile drive to Mesquite, NV where we will play 2 shows on Saturday night. We hear that they are near to sold out as well so it's looking like a great weekend.

I want to remind everybody to check the gig guide regularly because shows are being added all the time. Return visits to both The Nugget in Sparks, NV & Trump Plaza in Atlantic City are two examples. Some of you at recent shows will have noticed that I've been taking photos from the stage with my new digital camera. I will post these on the photo page @ Venturahighway.com so that those of you at the shows can see how it looks from our point of view. As Dewey says it's kind of a new version of the old listening to the live album to see if you can hear yourself cheering.

We somehow found the time between the latest gigs to get back in the studio & the latest stuff is sounding really great. No promises about an upcoming release but we have been talking to our friends at Rhino Records, the folks that did a fantastic job with "Highway" the boxed set, & they have some great ideas for future releases.

Also for all you "Sopranos" fans we wanted to tell you that our song "Sister Golden Hair" will be featured in an upcoming episode. I'm sorry that I don't have the exact date, we're working on that but from what I've heard about fans of the show they won't miss a minute anyway!

Dewey & I send you all our best & hope to see you all out there this summer.
